MIDLAND COUNTY, TX (KWES) - A high speed chase in Midland involving a motorcycle ended with the driver in custody.
State troopers said the man they were chasing reached speeds of up to 120 mph.
The pursuit started at Loop 250 and Midland Drive around eight Monday night.
State troopers said they noticed the motorcyclist was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic and passing cars on the shoulder.
They tried to pull him over, but he wouldn't stop.
The motorcyclist ended up going westbound on Interstate 20, then northbound on FM 1788 and then eastbound on Highway 191.
State troopers said he went onto a lease road behind Mid-Cities Church and tried to hide under a tree.
