Two People Caught With Drugs in Odessa

Two people got locked up in Odessa after they were caught with drugs early Sunday morning.

59-year-old Paul Hill and 47-year-old Sandra Lara are facing felony charges of manufacture or delivery of heroin.

Officers were called out to an intoxicated person at Love's Truck Stop.

When they arrived, police spotted Hill and Lara inside a vehicle.

The report says officers found about two grams of heroin, along with several foil packages and a clear plastic box.

An investigation revealed hill had six outstanding warrants.

Officials say Lara was also charged with public intoxication.
