Man Charged With Burglary of a Building

ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

One man is behind bars following a burglary call on Tuesday morning.

Authorities tell NewsWest 9, they were called out to Sunshine Laundry in the 8600 block of West University in reference to a burglary of a building call.

According to the report, the suspect, who was later identified as William Lee, 33, broke into the building by breaking out the front glass window.

We’re told only a small amount of change was taken.

When the owner and deputy were reviewing the surveillance video, the deputy recognized Lee from a traffic stop he made on him earlier in the day.

But the story doesn’t end there.

As they were continuing to review the video, Lee walked back into the store and was later arrested.
