New details have been released in connection with the death of a 17-month-old toddler out of Pecos.
17-month-old Avrian Villalobos was found unconscious after he was left in a hot car last Tuesday.
Pecos Police tell NewsWest 9, Avrian's mother, Annabelle Millan, 21, was arrested and charged with manslaughter on Monday morning.
Police say Millan admitted to investigators that she was rolling marijuana when the baby was inside of the car.
Authorities also tell NewsWest 9, Millan left with her children to drop the father off at work and Avrian was left in the car for an hour after Millan returned home.
Preliminary autopsy reports show Avrian's cause of death was heat stroke as police say temperatures in the car reached 200 degrees.
