Alcohol Related Crash Leaves Three People Hospitalized

ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

An accident early Sunday morning left three people hospitalized, one in serious condition.

Odessa Police and Odessa Fire Rescue responded to the  5300 block of North JBS Parkway in reference to a major crash.

Police say Skyler Hahn, 21, was going eastbound on 52nd St. with a passenger in his Dodge Ram 2500 truck. 

Hahn was struck by another vehicle from behind. The driver of that vehicle was Jacob Conley, 29. 

Officials say Conley failed to control his speed causing both drivers to go off of the road.

Hahn and Conley were taken to Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The passenger of the Dodge Ram 2500 was airlifted to Lubbock has been identified as Dustin Bresee, 23, of Gardendale. Bresee was just released from the hospital.

Police say alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash. Jacob Conley was arrested Sunday morning for Intoxication Assault, a 3rd Degree Felony.
