ODESSA, TX (KWES) - One Odessa man has been arrested after spitting at a K-9 officer.
Officers were called out to the 1000 block of West Ada on a disturbance call. That is where they made contact with Ruben Galindo.
Upon making contact, Galindo asked officers if they were with the Odessa Police Department. Galindo then continued to spit on the face of a K-9 officer and attempted to spit on another K-9 officer.
Galindo continued to cuss and make statements that he wanted to kill the K-9 officer. A spit mask was placed over Galindo's head.
