Odessa Man Killed in Midland County Accident

MIDLAND COUNTY, TX (KWES) -

An Odessa man is dead following an early morning rollover accident in Midland County. 

Midland Police tell NewsWest 9, they were called out to the one vehicle accident in the 10700 block of Highway 191 and 1788 around 2:42 a.m. 

An investigation by police revealed the driver, 19 year-old Darin Deel of Odessa, was driving westbound on 191 approaching FM 1788 when for unknown reasons he veered off the right side of the roadway. 

Deel over-corrected, rolled multiple times and was ejected from his GMC Yukon. 

He was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Deel was not wearing his seat belt.
