A few thieves in Odessa tried to steal an ATM out of a convenience store but had no luck.
The thieves went to the Kent Kwik on 8th Street just after 3:30 a.m. Friday morning.
Two of the thieves broke through the glass door and crawled inside.
They run in and head straight to where the cash is at.
They began pulling and tugging on the machine and finally they throw a chain around it.
The pair runs back inside the SUV where there's a third suspect driving.
They tried to take off but they didn't get very far with the money.
In the end, the trio just takes off empty handed but they're not off the hook.
Odessa crime stoppers are looking for them.
They say they were in a black GMC Yukon with a possible New Mexico license plate.
