MIDLAND, TX (KWES)
A Midland man is locked up for pretending to be a cop.
According to the affidavit, Jesus Ramirez and another man were in a black SUV with red and blue flashing lights pulling people over.
Police located the SUV with no one inside and ended up impounding it.
They got tips from other people in the area that the SUV belonged to Ramirez and the second man.
A short time later, the two men were found at Buffalo Wild Wings.
