Dallas Man Killed in Reeves County Rollover Accident

REEVES COUNTY, TX (KWES) -

A Dallas man is dead following an evening rollover accident in Reeves County.

The accident happened just after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday on FM 2119, about four miles north of Pecos.

DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a big rig was traveling south on FM 2119 at an unsafe speed.

That’s when the driver failed to negotiate a curve, the vehicle left the roadway and overturned.

The driver, Oracio P Reyes, 35, of Dallas, Texas was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
