Man Arrested Following Shooting in Fort Stockton High School Parking Lot

FORT STOCKTON, TX (KWES) -

A man is suspected of shooting someone on school grounds in Fort Stockton.

According to the Fort Stockton Pioneer, the trigger was pulled by Alfredo Crespin.

The gunfire erupted early Sunday morning at the high school parking lot.

Crespin was riding a motorcycle and carrying a shotgun when police chased him down.

He ended up crashing and ran on foot.

Crespin was caught and hauled off to jail.

The person he's accused of shooting suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

There's no word on their condition.

Crespin is facing several charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and evading.
