ODESSA, TX (KWES) - One man has turned himself into police following a fight that later led to a deadly shooting at Brewskies in June.

Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, Aubrey Smith turned himself in to police on Thursday and was charged with aggravated assault in connection with the fight.

Additionally, James Lonnie Render, III, was also arrested last week and charged with aggravated assault. Render was added to the case late last week.

As you may recall, police say, Smith, Andre Boyd, Bryant Alexander and Anthony Hunt, as well as Render, beat up Jevon Callaway, 31, inside Brewskies on June 14.
