ODESSA – One man is in critical condition following an evening motorcycle accident in Odessa.
Odessa Police were called out to 91st Street and Rainbow Drive on Thursday evening around 9:30 p.m. in reference to a crash involving a dirt bike.
An investigation revealed that a green 2015 Kawasaki KX450, being operated by Derek Paral, 23, was traveling on private property at a construction site.
According to the report, Paral lost control while going over a dirt mound and was ejected from the bike.
Paral was taken to Medical Center Hospital with serious bodily injury.
Police say it is unknown if Paral was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
