ECTOR COUNTY – One man will be spending the next 25 years behind bars after being found guilty.
According to a press release sent to NewsWest 9, James Todd Adams was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault of a child.
He was sentenced to 10 years behind bars for one count and 15 years behind bars for the second count.
The sentences will be served consecutively.
In the statement, Ector County District Attorney, Bobby Bland, said, “we appreciate the jury's serious consideration of this sentence and the proper resolution to this case.”
