ANDREWS – An Andrews ISD educator has been "no billed" by a grand jury.

According to a press release sent to NewsWest 9, the teacher was "no billed" on Thursday.

The teacher was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

As NewsWest 9 reported back in February, a source told NewsWest 9 that two female students created fake Instagram and Snapchat accounts to contact the teacher. The source stated that the students knew enough about talking to him at school to be able to bring up his personal life in their conversations, which made him feel like he must have known them.

The girls also allegedly posed as a 21-year-old and 25-year-old women and used fake pictures from the Internet.

The case was investigated by the Andrews Police Department as well as the Texas Rangers.
