HOBBS, N.M. - A string of car burglaries in Hobbs, New Mexico, ends with four teenagers behind bars for the crime.

According to the criminal complaint, the group broke into at least eight cars.

Some of the things they took off with included cash, a gun and some electronics.

Police say they tracked the teens down by using one of the victims find my iPad app.

The report says one of the teens confessed to the crime and identified the other three.

He told officers they were at a graduation party when they decided to go car-hopping.
