ODESSA - One man is behind bars and two others are being sought following an aggravated robbery in Odessa on Monday night.

Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, Alex Hernandez, 19, has been charged with aggravated robbery, theft of a firearm and evading arrest.

Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, they were called out to the 3200 block of West 10th Street in reference to a panic alarm.

When officers arrived, a victim reported to police that they had been robbed at gunpoint.

After a search of the area, officers located a male subject matching the suspect's description, who began evading officers on foot.

The foot chase ended in the 1000 block of Alameda but it didn't end there.

Following an almost one hour standoff, a K9 was released and officers were able to secure Hernandez's gun and took him into custody.

An investigation revealed that Hernandez had 26 outstanding warrants for his arrest.

Officials say Hernandez was positively identified through surveillance video as the suspect responsible for pointing a gun at a clerk and committing a robbery at N-N-Out.

Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, they are looking for two additional suspects in connection with the aggravated robbery. Details about the suspects are limited because the two suspects were sitting inside of a dark colored vehicle when the victim saw them.

If you have any information on this robbery, you're asked to contact Odessa Police at (432) 333-3641 or Odessa Crimestoppers at (432) 333-TIPS.
