60-year-old Edward Dominguez

Odessa Police arrested Dominguez on 4-24-15 at approximately 0201 hours for Possession of Cocaine "State Jail Felony" and Possession of Heroin "State Jail Felony". Officers responded to the 700 block of Monahans in reference to a burglary. The complainant advised that a subject living in the residence was doing narcotics.

Officers knock on the door and made contact with a male subject, identified as Dominguez. Officers observed needles on a table inside the residence in plain view. Officers searched the residence and discovered 3 syringes containing a brown liquid. The liquid tested positive for heroin.

Officers also discovered a white powdery substance in plain view. The substance tested positive for cocaine. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Dominguez was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.

37-year-old Jose Castro Romero

Odessa Police arrested Romero on 4-24-15 at approximately 1015 hours for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony. Officers observed a red Ford Expedition traveling in the 900 block of Snyder with an expired registration of 01/13. A traffic stop was conducted on the listed vehicle and the driver was identified as Romero.

Officers searched Romero and discovered a white powdery substance in his front right pocket, which tested positive for cocaine. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Romero was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

38-year-old Rodolfo Guevara, III

Odessa Police arrested Guevara on 4-24-15 at approximately 1530 hours for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony. Officers observed a black Dodge van run a stop sign at Fitch and Laredo. A traffic stop was conducted on the listed vehicle and the driver was identified as Guevara.

Officers searched Guevara and discovered a bag of a white powdery substance in his front right pocket. The substance tested positive for cocaine. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Guevara was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.

46-year-old Adelina Lopez

Odessa Police arrested Lopez on 4-25-15 at approximately 0155 hours for Theft –Going Off Bond (Warrant) "State Jail Felony" and for a misdemeanor warrant. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Dodge Charger in the 300 block of East Olive and the driver was identified as Lopez.

Investigation revealed Lopez had two outstanding warrants, including one felony warrant for theft – going off bond. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Lopez was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

21-year-old David Reyes

Odessa Police arrested Reyes on 4-25-15 at approximately 0419 hours for Possession of Cocaine "State Jail Felony", Possession of Marijuana "Class B Misdemeanor", and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a yellow 1999 Dodge Dakota at 31st and Winfield.

The passenger of the listed vehicle was identified as Reyes. Investigation revealed Reyes had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and he was placed into custody. Officers searched Reyes and discovered a bag of cocaine and a bag of marijuana in his pockets. Reyes was charged and arrested accordingly.

31-year-old Juran Homero Diaz

Odessa Police arrested Diaz on 4-26-15 at approximately 0110 hours for Possession of Cocaine "State Jail Felony", Possession of Marijuana "Class B Misdemeanor", Driving While License Invalid with Prior Convictions "Class B Misdemeanor", and for four outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black 2012 Mazda CX-7 in the 500 block of West Murphy and the driver was identified as Diaz. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered cocaine on the floor in front of the driver's seat and marijuana inside the center console. Diaz was charged and arrested accordingly.

36-year-old Christian Andres Cardenas

Odessa Police arrested Cardenas on 4-25-15 at approximately 2032 hours for Abandoning or Endangering a Child (Warrant), a State Jail Felony. Officers observed a white Oldsmobile Alero traveling in the area of 42nd and Lyndale with expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the passenger was identified as Cardenas.

Dispatch advised Cardenas had a felony warrant out of Hidalgo County for abandoning or endangering a child. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Cardenas was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.

38-year-old Brandy Griffet

Odessa Police arrested Griffet on 4-26-15 at approximately 0324 hours for Tampering with Physical Evidence "3rd Degree Felony" and Possession of Cocaine "State Jail Felony". As soon as officers activated the patrol unit's emergency lights, they observed the driver drop a white rock like substance of the driver's window.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on a red GMC Yukon in the 300 block of West Olive. The driver of the listed vehicle was identified as Griffet. Officers located several crack rocks in the intersection of Sam Houston and Olive where they had observed Griffet drop them on the ground. Griffet was charged and arrested accordingly.

21-year-old Jalen Toombs

Odessa Police arrested Toombs on 4-25-15 at approximately 2028 hours for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black 2010 Chevrolet Camaro in the 4100 block of East 42nd Street. The driver of the listed vehicle was identified as Toombs.

While officers made contact with Toombs, they could smell an odor of marijuana coming from the inside of the vehicle. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered cocaine on the driver's seat where Toombs had been sitting. Toombs was charged and arrested accordingly.

54-year-old Vernell Fobbs

Odessa Police arrested Fobbs on 4-26-15 at approximately 2000 hours for Theft by Check, a State Jail Felony. Officers responded to Eastridge and Billy Hext in reference to a domestic disturbance. Dispatch advised a male subject was assaulting a female subject and further advised the actor was leaving the scene in a black Ford Expedition.

Upon arrival, officers observed a black Expedition leaving the immediate area. A traffic stop was conducted on the listed vehicle and the driver was identified as Fobbs. Dispatch advised Fobbs had a felony theft warrant out of Midland. Fobbs was charged and arrested accordingly.

28-year-old Stephen Scott Lambright

Odessa Police arrested Lambright on 4-25-15 at approximately 1444 hours for Possession of Methamphetamine "State Jail Felony" and for two misdemeanor warrants. Officers observed a maroon 2002 Nissan Maxima traveling in the area of Penbrook and Tanglewood with an expired registration sticker.
