MIDLAND - The Midland Municipal Court has a new presiding judge.
The Honorable Sharon Hatten was sworn in on Wednesday afternoon at the Municipal Court.
The oath of office was administered by the honorable judge robin d smith, who is retiring this week after serving more than 30 years as the court's presiding judge.
