ECTOR COUNTY - A two year old little girl burned in Ector County.
Deputies say her step-dad did it and her mom didn't do anything to help.
According to the complaint, 24-year-old Pedro Venecia burned his 4-year-old stepdaughter with a lighter.
The report says the little girl's mother, 20-year-old Lysandra Venecia, didn't get her to a doctor for treatment.
The little girl had second degree burns to her leg.
Officers searched the couple's home and the girl's clothes were soaked in urine with burn marks.
The report says they were stuffed in the back of a teddy bear.
They also found a torch and bar-be-que lighter.
