According to the criminal complaint, 46-year-old Wenceslao Matias-Cantu was the maintenance man at the Inn Place Apartments.

Police say he inappropriately touched an 11-year-old who lived there.

The girl told officers he would touch her genitals, breasts and even looked down her shirt but she's not the only one who says he did it.

The report says Matias-Cantu also touched a 10-year-old girl and a five-year-old girl.

Matias-Cantu is facing one count of criminal sexual penetration and seven counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.
