CARLSBAD, N.M. - An employee with the City of Carlsbad is out of a job after being accused of embezzling city money.
According to the criminal report, Arthur Sena would give employees he supervised overtime pay.
In exchange, he would get back 50 percent of the overtime pay.
Police began an investigation a year ago after city auditors began noticing overtime reports were inconsistent with a time that was actually worked.
Sena is suspected of adding more than $65,000 to overtime sheets of two employees.
