Two Men Rob Convenience Store in Ector County

ECTOR COUNTY – Two men robbed an Ector County convenience store late Monday night.

The Ector County Sheriff's Office tells NewsWest 9, the robbery happened at One Stop Grocery in the 10000 block of West 42nd Street.

According to the report, two men entered the store and ordered everyone to get down on the floor at gunpoint.

They proceeded to take wallets from four people inside the store and items from the store including an undetermined amount of cash.

One suspect is described as a black male, young and tall. He was last seen wearing a Boston Red Sox cap, gray sweater and black shorts.

The second suspect is described as being a possible Hispanic male, wearing a ski mask with black gloves, black sweater and khaki pants.

Officials say the suspects fled the scene and get into a red SUV, possibly a 2004 to 2007 Tahoe or Yukon, with temporary plates and dark tinted windows.

No one was injured during the armed robbery.
