20-year-old Jose Angel Rocha

Odessa Police arrested Navarrete-Rocha on 3-15-15 at approximately 0043 hours for Criminal Mischief “State Jail Felony” and Reckless Driving “Class B Misdemeanor”. While patrolling the 800 block of West Clements, officers observed a red 2007 GMC Sierra break the back wheels traction.

The driver of the listed vehicle was driving recklessly close to parked vehicles and citizens on foot. A traffic stop was conducted on the listed vehicle and the driver was identified as Navarrete-Rocha, who was placed into custody for reckless driving. Further investigation revealed Navarrete-Rocha had a felony criminal mischief warrant.

35-year-old Jeffrey Wayne Adams

Odessa Police arrested Adams on 3-15-15 at approximately 2242 hours for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver “1st Degree Felony”, Tampering with Physical Evidence “3rd Degree Felony”, Prohibited Weapon “Class A Misdemeanor”, Unlawfully Carrying of a Weapon “Class A Misdemeanor”, and Possession of Marijuana.

Officers observed a 2010 Cadillac DTS fail to signal a lane change while traveling westbound in the 3200 block of West 8th Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Adams. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered a bag of marijuana inside the glove compartment and brass knuckles near the driver's seat.

Officers also located a scale and baggies underneath the center console along with a wooden club with a handle behind the front passenger seat. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Adams was charged and arrested accordingly and placed into the back of a patrol unit.

A short time after officers placed Adams into the back of a patrol unit, they observed a white crystal like substance smeared across the back seat. Officers then observed a ripped bag in his hands as he was attempting to smear more white crystal like substances in an effort to impair the availability of the substance to officers.

Officers also observed a white residue on the hands of Adams. The white substance tested positive for methamphetamine. Adams was additionally charged with tampering with physical evidence. The methamphetamine, which weighed approximately 5.1 grams, was turned into evidence.

25-year-old Antonio Aguirre

Odessa Police arrested Aguirre on 3-12-15 at approximately 2112 hours for Evading Arrest or Detention (Warrant), a 3rd Degree Felony. Officers observed a blue Dodge 1500 truck traveling in the 100 block of West Monahans with a defective headlamp. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Aguirre. Investigation revealed Aguirre had a felony evading warrant and he was charged and arrested accordingly.

35-year-old Brittany Wheat

Odessa Police arrested Wheat on 3-13-15 at approximately 0633 hours for Fugitive From Justice – Delinquent Child Support / Neglect of a Child (Felony Warrant) and for Public Intoxication (Warrant) “Class C Misdemeanor”. Officers observed a gray 192 Ford Crown Victoria traveling westbound on 2nd near Golder displaying an expired registration.

A traffic stop was conducted on the listed vehicle and the passenger was identified as Wheat. Dispatch advised Wheat had two outstanding warrants, including a felony warrant out of Missouri for Failure to Appear – Delinquent Child Support / Neglect of Child. Wheat was charged and arrested accordingly.

30-year-old Rocky Rojo

Odessa Police arrested Rojo on 3-13-15 at approximately 1817 hours for Possession of Methamphetamine, a State Jail Felony. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black 2006 Chrysler 300 in the 2700 block of North Dixie. The driver of the listed vehicle was identified as Rojo.

While making contact officers could smell marijuana coming from the listed vehicle. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered methamphetamine near the driver's seat. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Rojo was charged and arrested accordingly.
