BIG SPRING - The cause of the structure fire Tuesday on Highway 350 is currently "undetermined," according to Big Spring Fire Marshal Carl Condray.
The "Distribution Now" building, formerly Wall's Outlet, received extensive damage to contents, especially the ceiling area, from the fire.
Condray said no dollar figure has been assessed at this time.
The Fire Marshal stated that he believes the cause to be accidental and he cannot rule out an electrical source but at this time he and his investigators have not been able to make a final ruling so the cause is now undetermined until further information can be obtained from the scene of the 50,000 square foot building.
No one was hurt in the fire as 11 employees present at the time of the blaze were able to get out of the building safely.
