PENWELL – A 38-year-old mother of three has died after allegedly being hit by a car near Penwell early Saturday morning.
The Ector County Sheriff's Office is investigating this right now as an unattended death.
Officials can't share much information about what happened.
They can only confirm Melissa Saenz died from injuries she sustained getting out of a moving car.
Her younger brother, Oscar Carrillo, alleges she was pushed out of the car by the father of Saenz's two year old daughter.
NewsWest 9 tried contacting him but couldn't get in touch for an interview.
Officials say they haven't arrested anyone yet and the investigation is ongoing.
