HOBBS, N.M. - A building on the Taylor Ranch Property in Hobbs caught on fire Monday morning.
The Hobbs Fire Department says the structure was a condemned building.
Officials say the fire was coming from a second story window of the building.
The fire was treated as a controlled burn.
