BIG SPRING - The Howard County Sheriff's Office continues to wait on the autopsy report for a man who was hit and killed by a train last week.
The man has been identified as 35-year-old Roy Cervantes of Big Spring.
He was hit on the tracks at FM 700 and Interstate 20.
Officials don't believe it was an accident either and are suspecting foul play.
The sheriff's office, along with the Texas Rangers, are investigating the accident.
Luckily, nobody on the train was injured.
