PRESIDIO COUNTY – The Presidio County Sheriff's Office is investigating after two bodies were found at an area ranch over the weekend in Presidio.
According to the Big Bend Now, ranch workers called the sheriff's office on Saturday and again on Sunday to report they found the bodies.
Sheriff Danny Dominguez told the Big Bend Now that the bodies were found a couple of miles from each other in “flat country” near the boundary of the Brite and Nancy Anne ranches in southwest Presidio County.
Officials told the Big Bend Now that both bodies appeared to be males in their 30's and judging by their conditions, the bodies had been there for two or three months.
The Sheriff reported to the Big Bend Now that one of the men was Honduran.
An autopsy has been ordered and both bodies have been taken to the Lubbock County Medical Examiner.
