ODESSA – The Hot Check Warrant Roundup in Odessa is ongoing but officials have released an update on their progress so far.

According to Ector County Attorney Dusty Gallivan, 49 cases have been resolved and almost $12,000 was collected for local merchants and about 30 percent of the open warrants were resolved in February.

If you currently have a warrant for a dishonored check, you can go to the County

Attorney's Office at the Courthouse, room 201, or call 498-4153, and pay for the check and associated costs and the warrant will be withdrawn. If you fail to do so, you will be arrested and placed in custody at the Ector County Detention Center.
