The City Of Midland held its second and final required public hearing for its proposed property tax adjustment on August 21.
According to Midland Crime Stoppers, a total of six arrests were made, $11,686 worth of narcotics, three firearms, and $8,061 in US currency were seized from the information provided.
Odessa Police arrested Jeramiah David Hall, 26, for two counts of Assault on a Public Servant “2nd Degree Felony”, Theft “State Jail Felony”, Evading “Class A Misdemeanor”, Resisting Arrest “Class A Misdemeanor”, and Public Intoxication “Class C Misdemeanor” Monday morning.
The Texas Elementary Principal and Supervisors Association granted Burnet Elementary Principal Angela Aron “TEPSAN of the Year” for her region.
The presentation will allow attendees to gain basic knowledge of how to protect themselves and others in the event of an active shooter.
