ECTOR COUNTY – An Andrews man was killed in a late night accident in Ector County on Sunday night.
The accident happened on Highway 385, about six miles north of Odessa.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a 2007 Chevrolet was traveling northbound on Highway 385 when the driver lost control on the ice and overturned into a ditch.
The driver of the vehicle, 27-year-old Octavia Avila Acosta, was killed in the accident.
A passenger in the vehicle, 27-year-old Joshua Sears was injured in the accident but refused medical treatment.
