BREWSTER COUNTY – Three people have been indicted in connection with the death of a former coach from Kilgore, Texas.

On Wednesday, 49-year-old Keith McWilliams, 30-year-old Charles Levi Morrow and 42-year-old Rhonda Joy Bloom were indicted on first degree murder charges.

As you may recall, investigators found 28-year-old Trey Sands in a makeshift grave at Terlingua Ranch back in December 2014.

Investigators reported that Sands was staying with a friend in Terlingua and that's when he apparently had a confrontation with the suspects and was shot once in the head.

Officials tell NewsWest 9, McWilliams is the gunman and Morrow and Bloom helped bury Sands' body.

McWilliams later told police where to find Sands body.

Bond for the three has been set at $200,000 each.
