A preliminary review shows one drum is the source of a radiation leak at a plant in Carlsbad.
That's according to the Chairman of the Department of Energy's Accident Investigation Board.
Investigators gathered enough evidence at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant to make the conclusion.
They also say no other additional breached containers contributed to the leak.
