Hobbs Man Sentenced For Methamphetamine Trafficking

A Hobbs man will spend the next ten years in prison.

58-year-old Clinton Leroy Skippings was sentenced on Thursday on methamphetamine trafficking charges.

According to officials, Skippings was found with methamphetamine, cocaine and pot back in 2013.

They also found almost $7,000 in cash and packaging materials.

In March of 2014, Skippings pled guilty to a felony information charging him with possession with intent to distribute.
