ODESSA – One man is behind bars following an incident in Odessa on Tuesday morning.
Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, while patrolling in the 1200 block of Lindberg, officers saw a white 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with no license plate.
When the driver saw officers, he drove off at a high rate of speed, traveling eastbound on Clifford.
That's when officers saw the driver hit a parked car in the 1100 block of Clifford and attempt to flee on foot.
Officers later caught the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Raul Biscaino, in the area of Clifford and Hickory.
Dispatch advised that Biscaino had 11 outstanding warrants out for his arrest.
An investigation also revealed that the Silverado had been previously reported stolen.
Biscaino has been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, evading and for 11 outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
