ODESSA - One man has also been indicted for a murder in Odessa.
Shawn Pinson was formally charged in the death of Daniel Lee Searcy.
Back in October, police found the Searcy's body at Pinson's home.
Officials say Searcy's hands and feet had been bound with wire, zip ties and electrical cords.
According to the police report, Pinson told a friend he, “didn't meant to kill him but he had stolen from him.”
Pinson remains behind bars on a $1 million bond.
