18-year-old Amron Robinson

Odessa Police arrested Robinson on 2-5-15 at approximately 0020 hours for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle “State Jail Felony” and for a misdemeanor warrant. Officers responded to the 500 block of Patterson in reference to a stolen black 2003 Chrysler PT cruiser.

Another OPD officer located and stopped a black Chrysler PT cruiser in the 1800 block of East 6th Street. The driver of the listed vehicle was identified as Robinson. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Robinson was charged and arrested accordingly. The PT cruiser was returned to its owner.

46-year-old Sonny Sing

Odessa Police arrested Sing on 2-4-15 at approximately 2110 hours for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a maroon 1999 Chevrolet Silverado in the 800 block of Jeter and the driver was identified as Sing. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered cocaine underneath the driver's seat. Sing was charged and arrested accordingly.

57-year-old Ricky Willis

Odessa Police arrested Willis on 2-5-15 at approximately 0237 hours for Parole Violation “1st Degree Felony”. Officers received information that a wanted felon was possibly staying in the 500 block of Patterson. Officers responded to the 500 block of Patterson and made contact with a subject, identified as Willis. Investigation revealed Willis had a felony parole violation warrant for his arrest. Willis was charged and arrested accordingly.

25-year-old Angel Dominguez

Odessa Police arrested Dominguez on 2-4-15 at approximately 2350 hours for Possession of Cocaine (Warrant) “State Jail Felony” and for six misdemeanor warrants. Officers observed a black Chevrolet Camaro traveling westbound in the 1300 block of East 17th Street with expired registration (February of 2013).

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1600 block of Milburn and the driver was identified as Dominguez. Investigation revealed that Dominguez had seven outstanding warrants out for his arrest, including one felony narcotic warrant. Dominguez was charged and arrested accordingly.

24-year-old Guadalupe Gonzales, III and 22-year-old Steven Gonzales

Odessa Police arrested Guadalupe Gonzales III on 2-5-15 at approximately 0310 hours for Possession of Cocaine “State Jail Felony” and for three misdemeanor warrants, including one for false identification and one for interfering with public duties. Odessa Police also arrested Steven Gonzales for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony.

Officers observed a white 2008 Ford F-150 traveling in the area of University and Andrews Highway with a defective stop lamp. A traffic stop was conducted on the listed vehicle and both occupants were identified as Guadalupe Gonzales III and Steven Gonzales. Investigation revealed Guadalupe Gonzales III had four outstanding warrants.

Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered multiple crack rocks. Both subjects were found to be in possession of cocaine. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, both subjects were charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.

20-year-old Timothy Marquez

Odessa Police arrested Marquez on 2-16-15 at approximately 0029 hours for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility “3rd Degree Felony” and for six outstanding warrants. Officers observed a silver 2000 Lincoln traveling in the 1300 block of South Crane with a defective head lamp.

A traffic stop was conducted and one of the passengers was identified as Marquez. Dispatch advised Marquez had six outstanding warrants out for his arrest. Marquez was placed into custody for the warrants and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

While Marquez was being booked into the jail, he advised an OPD officer that he had marijuana on him. Investigation revealed Marquez had concealed marijuana on his person. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Marquez was additionally charged with prohibited substance in a correctional facility.
