HOBBS, N.M. - A Hobbs woman was arrested on charges of hiding her boyfriend from police.

Mirna Olivas was questioned by police at her house after a stolen iPad was tracked to that location.

The iPad was just one of many items that had been stolen from another house in Hobbs early that morning.

Olivas told police her boyfriend was not at the house at the time of the burglary and did not see him bring in anything in when he came back.

Police wanted to speak to the man but Olivas said he wasn't home.

According to the report, officers came back with a search warrant and found the man hiding in a hole in the wall along with some of the stolen items.
