MIDLAND - A Midland man was arrested after getting into a fight with officers.
Javier Sanjuan was found asleep on the couch when officers came to an RV on South County Road 1160 to ask about an incident that had happened earlier.
Three men were in the trailer, two of them came outside.
According to the report, they could smell alcohol on Sanjuan.
When they went to wake him up, Sanjuan became aggressive and began attacking the officers.
They were unable to restrain him and get him in handcuffs so one officer tased Sanjuan in the leg.
