ODESSA - The three Odessa teens involved in a deadly wreck are on the road to recovery.

14-year-old's Maria Hernandez and John Navarette were both released from Covenant Hospital in Lubbock over the weekend.

Hospital officials say 13-year-old Melissa Muniz is in good condition.

The three were all in an SUV driven by 14-year-old Humberto Juarez.

State troopers say Juarez crossed into a center turn lane on FM 2020 and slammed into a truck head-on last Sunday.

He died at the scene.

The driver and two passengers in the truck were okay.

All of the teens are students at Bowie Junior High School.
