HOBBS, N.M. - A Hobbs woman was caught with drugs in her purse.
April Vigil was arrested when police went to her house.
Vigil had a warrant out and they were looking for her.
During the arrest, officers searched her purse.
According to the report, a black bag with nine syringes and a rope was found.
