ODESSA - Police are continuing to look for a third suspect in a fake kidnapping and robbery last week.
They're still looking for 21-year-old Jeremiah Thomas.
Last Tuesday, 24-year-old Amanda Barrera reported to police that the car had been stolen at gunpoint by two men.
She says she was forced to drive to the Springwood Apartments where they threw her out and drove out.
Two days later, the car was found along with Thomas and 19-year-old Eric Rodriguez.
Thomas admitted the whole story was a hoax because Barrera needed money and wanted to commit insurance fraud.
He also admitted the three played out the fake robbery to make the story more believable to witnesses.
Rodriguez and Barrera also admitted to the crime.
They're already behind bars facing organized criminal activity charges.
If you have any information on Thomas' whereabouts, call Crimestoppers at (432) 333-TIPS.
