ODESSA - One man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to a 2013 home invasion.
28-year-old Bryan Payne pled guilty Monday morning to charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping and burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony other than theft.
Payne was sentenced to 25 years in jail following the plea.
As you may recall, the burglary happened back in October of 2013 at a home on Orchid Lane.
According the police report, the victim told officers he came home to find Payne inside his home.
That's when Payne pointed a gun at the victim and tied him up with several cords before taking off with several items including electronics, a gun and even the victims' truck.
