MIDLAND - A suspected rapist was arrested in Midland.
The report says a woman was in the emergency room and claimed Frank Tryon, Jr. had sexually assaulted her.
According to the report, he forced her to perform oral sex on him before telling her to take her clothes off and forcing himself on her.
