Odessa Police Investigating Armed Robbery, Attempted Kidnapping

ODESSA - Odessa Police are investigating after an armed robbery on Tuesday night.

Officers were called out to 16th and Harless in reference to an armed robbery.

When officers arrived on the scene, they made contact with a 24-year-old female who said she was robbed at gunpoint.

The victim stated that while she was sitting inside her vehicle, two male subjects got into her car with guns.

The two men then yelled at her and demanded everything she had.

According to the report, the suspects then asked the victim at gunpoint to drive them back to the Springwood Apartments.

That's when the two men threw the victim out of her vehicle and stole her car.

The two suspects are described as two Hispanic males, approximately 25 years of age. One man was wearing a blue bandana over his face and was approximately 6' tall and 230 pounds. The other suspect was approximately 5'5" tall and 160 pounds.

We're told the victim didn't sustain any major injuries and wasn't taken to the hospital.

No arrests have been made in connection with this case and police are still investigating.
