We're learning new information about last week's prison bus crash in pen well that killed ten people.
According to DPS, the driver of the bus was wearing a seatbelt.
However, they're not sure which of the officers was driving the bus.
They also said there were two seatbelts on the bus but they're unsure if they were being used.
They expect their investigation to last 30 to 45 days.
The crash killed eight inmates and two officers.
The surviving officer, Jason Self, is still in critical condition in Lubbock.
The four surviving inmates are all in fair condition in Odessa.
