ODESSA - Setting a home on fire and crashing into a cemetery put an Odessa man behind bars.
It all started with 32-year-old Ethell Henry got into an argument with someone at a home on Hudson.
Police say he stepped on a nine year old girls' face, set the back door on fire and took off.
Officers caught Henry speeding down the street.
According to the report, he ran a stop sign then crashed right into a cemetery.
Officers say they could smell gasoline all over him.
Three people, including two police officers, suffered smoke inhalation by the fire that Henry allegedly started.
Thankfully, they're all okay including the little girl.
