MIDLAND - A Midland mother is in hot water after having marijuana around her child.
Deputies were called out to 25-year-old Katrina Senter's home because they got word that she and her boyfriend may have been selling drugs from their house while Senter's child was there.
According to the affidavit, when deputies got to the front door of the home, they could smell marijuana right away.
They searched the home and found a little more than eight ounces of marijuana, several smoking pipes, marijuana seeds and shavings.
