Big Spring Police Searching For Robbery Suspect

BIG SPRING – Big Spring Police are searching for a robbery suspect following a weekend robbery.

The robbery happened at the 7-11 in the 300 block of Owens around 10:30 p.m.

When officers arrived on the scene, they met with the clerk who told them he was working in the soft drink area when the heard the business door open.

That's when he was approached by a black male who grabbed him, put a knife to his stomach and demanded money from the register.

According to the report, the clerk complied and gave the suspect money from the register.

The suspect then left the store heading south.

The clerk told police that the suspect was wearing a grey hoodie with a pink bandana covering most of his face. He was also seen wearing blue jeans and black and white shoes.
